To find out the secret to their style and how to make it your own, Us Weekly Fashion Director Sasha Charnin Morrison went straight to the source: Their stylists, Ty Hunter and June Ambrose.For a glam event like the 2014 Grammys, Hunter says to flash a little bit of skin a la Beyonce's sheer lace Michael Costello gown. "The sheer thing is going on. It's OK to be sexy, and make people think they're seeing something, when they're really not seeing something," he teases.
When the red carpets are rolled up, amp up an everyday ensemble with embellishments. "Don't be afraid to wear sequins, but bring dull tones to the shine -- add something matte like leather or chiffon," Ambrose advises. "Have fun with sequins and take them out of context by wearing them with denim or sneakers. Be fearless!"
